If you are ever in the Louisville, KY area, I can recommend Rocky's. The first (and so far still one of the few) places I have ever found that makes a whole wheat crust option. Whenever I am back there we try to have lunch there, and their take-out is good too. I have found references to NYC places with whole wheat crusts, but nothing down this way. :-( So the only time I get to have pizza around here is either when Ellen whips up a batch of whole wheat dough or I break the diet. It is very much like Primo Italiano that I love also when I want that NY style experience. I also like non-NY style Pizzas, but that is an entirely different cuisine with it's own special players. Great NY pizza, white pizza, Caprese, and Pizza Luna – all awesome! I’ve never had a dinner there, because I can’t get past the pizza…
